That is so upsetting....well done on raising the little guy for a month! I'm glad there was a good outcome.
Did this little guy ever return to you?
What a shock though ...you look at the birds and think "ah, aren't they lovely"...and then they go and ransack the place and bash the heads in of weak chicks....
So conflicted...nature is indeed cruel.
