Wow - sorry to hear that Paul! Sometimes it is such a trial watching these poor birds.
Benn - I was Googling around about disturbing nests, and apparently birds will often take to a new nest box nearby if the entire nest + chicks are moved into it. Could this be worth a try? Do you have any suitable nest boxes that they could use? I understand what you are saying about the hassle your neighbours are going through, but maybe this could be an attempt at some sort of solution?
