Good luck with the swifts Paul. I've looked at every side of our house and can't see anywhere suitable for a swift box. I've definitely decided it's time we moved 
I've seen / heard them overhead once or twice over the years so hopefully they've found somewhere in the vicinity to nest. It should be made law to insert these into new builds especially where old property is knocked down and replaced.
